About Wilson's Country

Wilson's Country was established in the mid 1980’s by Angus Wilson, and is now one of Ireland’s fastest growing potato packing and fresh cut fruit processing businesses.

From the facility in Co. Armagh, the Company supplies food retailers, caterers and food processing companies with a range of products, offering quality, taste, full traceability and value for money.

Wilson’s Country has continually invested in it’s premises and equipment to offer the highest standard of service to it’s customers.

The most recent investment of almost £5million has been in a new food facility at Carn Road, Craigavon, completed in 2005, with a potato pre-packing, potato storage and fresh cut fruit processing on the one site.

Country Style Potato Salad - Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 900g (2lb.) Wilson’s Country Garden Potatoes
  • 4 dsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 lemon (juice & rind)
  • 1 tomato chopped (skin on)
  • 2 spring onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • ½ chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp paprika pepper
