The Wilson's Way starts with our growers selecting fields that are naturally high in the nutrients required to grow potatoes. This means that our growers do not need to sow a lot of fertilisers. Without the use of a lot of fertilisers, the potatoes are grown more naturally and our environment and waterways are protected from excess chemicals.

No Chemicals Once the potatoes have grown fully and harvest time comes around, they will be stored in only cold air. No chemicals are used to preserve the product and this also helps to safeguard the countryside. The Flouriest of the Crop When it comes to deciding what potatoes to put in the pack we select the crops based on dry matter. This means that you only get the flouriest potatoes of the season in our ‘Garden Potatoes'.
